Something wrong with your purchase? We’re here to help.
Our store will offer refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels. If it is for reasons other than defective products, we would generally discourage returns or exchanges, and hence no refunds. This is because we do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item.
Drop us an email at shopb3ree@gmail.com with an attached image of the defective product (if applicable) and your order number. We will notify you as soon as possible on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
